Demolition redevelopment to create replacement of up to 2, 355m² of modern employment space (in a combination of Classes B1(a), (b) and (c) and A2), up to 2,500m² of mixed Class A1 (retailing), Class A2 (financial and professional), Class A3 (food and drink), Class A4 (bar / public house) and / or Class D2 (gym / spa) floorspace, plus 366 mixed Class C3 apartments (comprising 38 x studios, 69 x 1-bedroom, 220 x 2-bedroom and 39 x 1-bedroom ‘live/work’ apartments), a 515 space multi storey car park to the rear, and the creation of semi-public and private open spaces and hard and soft landscaping throughout the scheme. The application also promotes extensive roof gardens which add considerable outdoor amenity for occupiers and visitors.
